How to add my favorite email client to the watching programs list?

EmailSupervisor will automatically detect attempt of your email client to send an email and will automatically ask you to create a rule for it. Also, it's always possible to manually add your program into the list of watched programs via Email Client Rules item on EmailSupervisor Control Panel.

How to prevent monitoring emails sent to specific recipients?

When sending an email, if the rules for these recipients haven't been created, EmailSupervisor will ask you to specify the rules for these recipients. Set Allow for them and the program will not disturb you any more. Also, you can always manually add the rule using Recipient Rules item on EmailSupervisor Control Panel.

Do I have to manually launch EmailSupervisor every time, to protect my computer as the first step?

No, EmailSupervisor will be automatically loaded immediately after operating system is loaded.

EmailSupervisor displays Outgoing Email alerts occasionally, but I am not sending any email. What should I do?

If you haven't sent those emails by yourself, this means your computer is infected with a virus or spyware. Save all the attachments from this email (if there are ones) and also the email itself using Save Attachments and Save Email to Disk buttons, but never execute the saved attachments. Give this data to your system administrator to estimate risks and check your computer for viruses and spyware ASAP.
